Kate Dowsley
Kate has been with SKM/Jacobs for 12 years and has managed and contributed to several technically complex projects. Kate managed the GDE Atlas project, which identified and mapped GDEs across Australia. Kate has also been involved in multiple studies that have assessed risk in a groundwater management context, including assessing risk of groundwater carryover, writing national guidelines for integrated management of groundwater/surface water resources, groundwater quality protection guidelines, assessing the need for integrated management of surface and groundwater resources in the Avon River and several Melbourne Water catchments, and developing groundwater trading guidelines.
